MONDAYS

5 - 6 Miles. These runs are arranged by the various group leaders in advance. Check with the runners in your group about planned runs.

TUESDAYS

CAC Speed Session. Carn Brea track. 6.45pm. £2.

WEDNESDAYS
|
CLUB NIGHT. Clubhouse, Storm FC, Camborne School of Mines Sports Fields, Boundervean Lane 6.45pm. For Winter 09/10 schedule Click Here.
Various Speed and Distance Groups.
NB: Bring Hi-Vis top,lights etc. Be safe, be seen.

Circuits-6.30-8pm, Pool School Gym. Suitable for all abilities. |
| SATURDAYS |
Beach/Dune run. Meet Gwithian Towans top car park at 8.45am.

SUNDAYS
|
Long Runs are planned in small groups according to speed & distance. Anyone planning a long run can e-mail around the club membership or have their run put on the website in advance. Simply choose the run you fancy and contact the run leader.
RACES are shown in the fixtures section and contain details of the race, entry forms etc.

Notes: All members are welcome to all sessions. Although the Tuesday/Thursday sessions are labelled Hard Sessions, they are suitable for all. The sessions are Coach led and as such you will be guided to ensure you train at the correct level/intensity.
This is the standard Winter timetable. Any changes in the programme will be promulgated on the website or club noticeboard/announcements on Wednesday nights.
