Denise and Barrie will be leading their annual off road mud fest on Saturday morning, be prepared to get downright filthy as you join in with the usual post-Christmas fun and frolics. Meet at the Blaythorne Club at 10.30am armed with water pistols, water cannons etc.  (Approx 6mile / 90min)

On Sunday Ali will be leading a 10mile run starting from Flora Motors Carpark, Helston at 9am. Plan to run through Penrose Estate to Porthleven, carrying on along the coast road to Breage - then back to Helston the flattest way - if possible. 9 to 10 minute miling please - be gentle with me.
