| Fast course from Bideford to Instow and back. Starts opposite the Bideford clubhouse, over the bridge and hoof it up the Tarka Trail to Instow, turn and eyeballs-out all the way back. If it's anything like the Half or the 10 Miler a PB is there for the taking. Easier than taking candy from a baby!! |
