| This race used to take place on the Saturday afternoon which gave us a chance to camp at the Plume of Feathers pub, do the race and then get stuck into the pub grub and several pints of the local Jail Ale in the evening before a night under canvas.
The race has now switched to a Sunday afternoon in which case the only difference is that you may be running with a sore head if you overdo the Saturday festivities.
A great little run across the moor.
