| Straight to the point. This is a tough race. To repeat myself, i once remarked prior to starting this race for the first time "How hard can 10 miles be?" The answer is unprintable! Needless to say i was a broken arrow for a good few days afterwards.
That said, if you like a tough off road challenge over spectacular countryside with breath-taking views, this is the race for you.
Truro is the same day but really there's no choice. See you at Lynmouth!
