On Sunday (31st) we will be doing an 18 mile run. At the moment there will be 4 of us but everyone is welcome to join us. Obviously the pace will probably be 10 minute miling. We will be leaving from the Boating Lake at Helston at approx 8am and following the An Resek route for 9 miles and then turning back. If anyone decides to join us could they contact us just in case the weather is bad and also we will know whether to look out for anyone on the day. Two weeks later (13th Sept) we will be doing a 20 on the Camel Trail. Leaving from Wadebridge to Padstow and back and the Wadebridge to Bodmin and back until we have done 20. Not sure about the time yet but the contact details apply.
