Time to take to the street lights and the urban jungles of Camborne, Troon, Redruth etc.  Dust off those flashing lights, reflective jackets, armbands and think up some witty remarks to fire back at those intelligent species that shout out abuse from the safety of their speeding motors!

From this Monday (28th Sept) the Tehidy Woods run is dead and buried for another year.  The Monday evening run is now back in it's usual Winter slot which is at Morrisson's at Pool.  Meet at 6.30pm.  (Why not partake in some Christmas shopping before the run - you never can have too many mince pies!!!).
