LONG RUNS FOR THE SPRING MARATHONS
Are you training for any of the spring marathons? If you are and want company then read on.
We are planning to use a couple of the GP races as training runs to get a bit faster pace as well as get some distance in.

Starting with the Mounts Bay 10K, we will continue past the finish line and head down the hill and into Marazion and continue towards Mousehole until we get a bit tired and head back to Marazion. If we complete all the way to Mousehole it should be between 19-20 miles.

Continuing our parasitic scheme, we intend to run An Resek twice and get 20 miles in.

The aim is never to go above 10 minute miling although the best laid plans of mice and men have floundered may times and the cliffs climb at An Resek may mean we drop way below 10.
