We run a number of different training sessions during the week some seasonal. Please see below for details

 Monday
Tehidy Woods Run

  • All speeds groups welcome
  • Between 4-6 miles.
  • 6pm start (meet in main duck pond car park)
Morrisons Run

  • All speed groups welcome
  • Around 5 miles
  • 6pm prompt start (meet in far right car park)
 Tuesday
Join CAC for their Track session at CBLC:

  • 7pm.
  • £3.00 payable to CAC

 Wednesday
CLUB NIGHT

Planets Cafe, Camborne Science and Community College, Cranberry Road, Camborne.

  • 6.45pm.
  • Various Speed and Distance Groups.
  • NB: In Winter please bring Hi-Vis top, lights etc. Be safe, be seen.
 Thursday
Yoga at Pool School

  • 6pm – 7pm
  • Starts in October for club members only
  • Pre-booking essential please email Carn Runners for details
 Friday
Gwithian Towans Dune Run

  • 6.30pm start
  • All speed groups welcome

Long runs  Groups meet for runs of varying distances and speed depending on aims and abilities. Feel free to publicise your run/keep in touch via the club’s e-mail or Facebook page.
