Bex Takes On the Final Man vs Coast – 25 Miles of Coastal Chaos 🌊💥

This weekend, Bex, joined by her sister, faced down one of the UK’s wildest endurance events – the final ever Man vs Coast – and she absolutely smashed it!

Covering 25 miles of road, beach, trail, and cliffs, the route dished out classic Cornish mizzle, blocking out the coastal views but never dampening Bex’s determination.

“25 miles of coastline, road, beaches and the ever changing Cornish mizzle that blocked out a lot of the lovely views…”

Despite rough seas cancelling the coasteering and harbour jump, the organisers added a brilliantly bonkers twist – a sea swim to inflatable sharks and crocodiles, followed by bodyboarding back onto Sennen Cove’s golden sands. Only in Cornwall!

The day served up tough cliff climbs, slippery towans, plenty of falls, and a whole lot of laughter – all wrapped up in a very respectable finish time of 6 hours 47 minutes.

👏 Huge congratulations to Bex for not only completing this epic challenge but doing so with humour, heart, and a spirit of adventure.

Events like this are a reminder that running can be more than miles – it’s about the stories, the experiences, and the people you share them with.
