On Sunday, 4th May 2025, Carn Runners swapped their running shoes for thinking caps at the New Inn’s monthly quiz night in Park Bottom. Twelve members formed two teams of six, with Kat joining later to lend her support.
The evening was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and a test of general knowledge. One team achieved an impressive third-place finish, while the other team, despite a valiant effort, didn’t place this time—but they’re already gearing up for a comeback at the next quiz night.
Events like these highlight the strong social bonds within Carn Runners, proving that the club’s spirit extends beyond the track. Whether it’s pounding the pavements or pondering pub quiz questions, our members continue to support each other in all endeavours.
