There’s nothing like some Cornish sunshine to lift the start of the week—and this Monday, the run group made the most of it with a relaxed outing along the Great Flat Lode. Mike, Jeanette, Charmaine and Laura enjoyed steady miles, stunning views, and plenty of friendly conversation along the way.
Joining them for this week’s run was a special guest—Jeanette’s dog Jasper, who added a bit of extra energy and enthusiasm to the group. With bright skies overhead and quiet trails underfoot, it was a reminder of why we love getting out together, even on a Monday.
