GWITHIAN DUNES – every Friday – 6.30pm very prompt start from the top car park, Gwithian Beach

TEHIDY WOODS – every Monday – 6.15pm prompt start from the Duck Pond Car Park (South Drive), Tehidy Woods

These are club runs and all abilities are welcome.

AWAY RUNS – the last Wednesday of each month as follows:-

Wednesday 28th May – prompt 7pm run start – Stithians (details of where to meet to follow)

Wednesday 25th June – prompt 6.45pm run start – Godrevy/North Cliffs (meet in the Sandsifter car park – option for food after at The Italian Kitchen in Hayle as Sandsifter has closed down)

Wednesday 30th July – prompt 7pm run start – yet to be decided. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know

Wednesday 27th August – prompt 7pm start – Summer Handicap Run, Tehidy Woods

Wednesday 24th September – prompt 7pm run start – yet to be decided. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know

We will of course remind you all of the away runs the week before so that you do not turn up to the club by mistake.
