Events like this are never easy. Whether it’s the terrain, the pacing or simply digging deep when the legs begin to tire, races like the Man Up Man Down always demand determination from start to finish.
Tonia clearly rose to the challenge.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of achieving a PB. It’s the reward for all the training, consistency and effort that goes in behind the scenes, and it’s always fantastic to see hard work paying off on race day.
Tonia put together a strong run and crossed the finish line with a new personal best — a brilliant achievement and one to be really proud of.

Tonia did exactly that, showing great determination throughout the race and delivering a fantastic performance on the day.
