Sunday Social Run: Trails, Woods, Coast & Ice Cream 🍦🌲🌊
This Sunday’s social run had all the ingredients for a perfect morning on the move.
A scenic 6 miles of mixed terrain took us through peaceful woodland trails, across undulating paths, and out onto the coast – with views that made every hill worth it.
No pressure, no racing – just a great group, relaxed pace, and plenty of time to take it all in.
The reward? A well-earned ice cream at the end, naturally. Because at Carn Runners, recovery comes with sprinkles.
