Wednesday Club Run – Tehidy Trails and Midweek Smiles
This week’s Wednesday club night saw Carn Runners heading out on a familiar but much-loved 6.2-mile route—from the club HQ to Tehidy Woods, looping past the not-so-glamorous sewage works (a rite of passage!) and through a nice mix of paths, tracks and trails.
The varied terrain kept things interesting, with everything from smooth tarmac to shaded woodland trails offering a midweek refresh. Whether you were stretching your legs after work or just there for the steady pace and good company, it was the perfect way to break up the week.
Afterwards, many headed back to the club for a well-earned drink and a good old natter. As always, the real highlight was the laughter, conversations and support that make every Wednesday feel more like a catch-up with mates than just a run.
