Another 10K Under the Belt
The 10K distance is a brilliant test for runners. Long enough to require endurance and pacing, but short enough that you still need to work hard from start to finish.
Wayne took on the challenge well, adding another valuable race-day experience to his running journey.
Every race teaches something — whether it’s pacing, handling different terrain, managing nerves or simply learning how to keep pushing when the effort starts to build.
Building a Strong Racing Portfolio
Wayne is quickly putting together a great racing portfolio, and that consistency is something to be proud of.
Getting out regularly, taking on new events and continuing to show up is how runners build confidence and improve over time. It’s not always about chasing medals or podiums — sometimes the biggest progress comes from stacking up solid performances and enjoying the process.
This was another great step forward.
