Every running journey is built on milestones, and this week Rosie reached another fantastic one.

Representing Carn Runners at the Newquay Carnival Mile, Rosie produced her fastest mile yet, crossing the finish line in just under 10 minutes.

A brilliant achievement and a real reward for all the hard work she’s been putting into her running.

A Fast and Fun Community Event

The Newquay Carnival Mile is a popular event that welcomes runners of all ages and abilities.

With a supportive atmosphere and plenty of encouragement along the route, it’s the perfect opportunity to test yourself over a shorter distance, chase a personal best or simply enjoy being part of the local running community.

For Rosie, it turned into a race to remember.

A New Fastest Mile

Running a fast mile is no easy task.

It demands confidence, determination and the willingness to push yourself from the start all the way to the finish.

Rosie did exactly that, achieving a new personal best of just under 10 minutes.

Every PB is worth celebrating, but perhaps even more important is seeing the progress that comes from consistent training and believing in yourself.

Every Step Forward Counts

At Carn Runners, we celebrate every achievement, whether it’s completing your first couch-to-5K, running your first marathon or setting a new fastest mile.

Rosie’s performance is a perfect reminder that success comes in many forms, and every personal milestone deserves recognition.

Hopefully this is just the first of many more PBs to come.

Well Done, Rosie!

A huge congratulations to Rosie on an excellent run at the Newquay Carnival Mile.

A new fastest mile, a fantastic performance and another proud moment in your running journey.

We can’t wait to see what you achieve next. Well done! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›
