Carn Runners Shine in the MTRS 2025 Series 🌟

The 2025 MTRS (Multi-Terrain Race Series) has wrapped up, and we couldn’t be prouder of the fantastic achievements by our Carn Runners members across the board.

🎉 A huge congratulations to Sarah Choak, who completed the entire MTRS series – an impressive feat of consistency and grit over some seriously tough terrain.

🏆 Well done to Janet Watson, who stormed through the series to claim 1st place in her age group – a standout performance!

👏 Hats off to:

  • Peter Drew, Janet Ritchie and Judy Jameson, who each secured 2nd in their respective age groups
  • Sally Powell, who grabbed 3rd place in her age group, despite not completing all 7 required races – an incredible effort nonetheless
  • Jo Cauchi, who dug deep to complete 7 of the series races – a real display of commitment and endurance
  • Janna, who placed 4th in her age group
  • Steve P, who took 7th in his category

👏👏 A huge well done to anyone else we have missed.

Whether it was storming to the finish line, clocking up miles through mud, or just turning up and giving it your all – every one of these achievements is something to be proud of.

This year’s MTRS series showed not only the individual strength of our runners but also the unity and support that defines Carn Runners. Here’s to another year of challenges, milestones, and cheering each other on.

Well done, team! 💪
