Last Runners Standing – Laura & Steve Take on The Hourglass ⏳🏃♀️🏃♂️
Over the weekend, Laura and Steve stepped up to one of the most mentally and physically demanding events out there – the Hourglass Last Person Standing challenge.
If you’re unfamiliar, this format is all about relentless loops, timed cut-offs, and pushing your limits. Complete one loop within the hour… and you get to start the next one. Fail to finish before the clock runs out, and it’s game over.
It’s as much about mental resilience and pacing strategy as it is about endurance – and both Laura and Steve rose to the occasion in true Carn Runners fashion.
Every lap was a fresh test of stamina, determination, and the sheer will to keep going when your legs (and brain) are begging you to stop. It takes real guts to take on this kind of challenge, and we’re seriously proud of both of them.
👏 Massive well done to Laura and Steve – not just for the miles, but for showing what it means to dig deep and go the distance.
Events like this prove it’s not always about pace or medals – sometimes, it’s about showing up, staying strong, and pushing past the wall. True inspiration!
