July Round-Up – Sunshine, Sweat & Stunning Efforts ☀️💪

What a month it’s been! July brought the heat – literally and figuratively – as Carn Runners took on everything from scenic 10Ks and social miles to ultras, coastal challenges, and mountain madness.

We saw age-group victories, first-time ultra finishes, club debuts at iconic events, and a whole lot of team spirit along the way. Whether it was dodging inflatable crocodiles, conquering coastal trails, or flying the Carn colours across county lines, our runners gave it everything.

From track nights and taper talk to medals, mud, and miles, here’s a look back at the action-packed month that was July – and the runners who made it unforgettable.
