Carn Runners Take on the Magnificent 7 🏃♂️🔥
The hills were alive with the sound of Carn Runners powering through pain barriers at this year’s Magnificent 7 – a tough, hilly 7-mile road race that tests runners from start to finish.
Flying the Carn flag in style were Glynn, Tommy, Sally, Tony, and Vicky – each tackling the course with grit and determination.
And it wasn’t just about finishing – there were standout performances on the results sheet too:
🏆 Glynn and Tommy both stormed to 1st place in their respective age groups – a fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition for their hard work and strong pacing.
👏 Sally, Tony, and Vicky also put in brilliant efforts on a course that demands strength on the climbs and control on the descents – no easy feat!
Whether it was chasing a time, climbing the hills, or just soaking in the race-day buzz, the Carn crew showed once again what club running is all about: effort, encouragement, and showing up for each other.
