It’s the kind of race that rewards steady pacing, smart effort management and the ability to dig deep when the legs start to feel heavy.
For the eight Carnies on the start line, this was a challenge to embrace rather than fear. From the opening miles, it was clear that everyone had come prepared, settling into their rhythms and tackling the course head-on.
Strong Performances Across the Field

Whether chasing a specific goal or simply aiming to enjoy the experience, the group showed exactly what club racing is about — effort, encouragement and shared achievement.
As the race unfolded, it became clear that several runners were having particularly strong days. Smart pacing and consistent effort paid off, especially on the tougher sections of the route, where staying composed made all the difference.
Age Group Success
The highlights of the day came with three age group victories, a brilliant result for the club.
