Gribbin 10K Success – Carn Runners Bring Home the Age Group Wins
The hills were rolling and the competition was strong at the Gribbin 10K, but Carn Runners rose to the challenge in style. A solid team of Steve, Pete, Sarah, Sally, Janet, Judy, and Joanne took on the scenic course, flying the flag for the club with strength and smiles.
A massive well done to Janet, who once again showed why she’s an absolute machine—earning 1st in her age group with another top-tier performance. Huge congratulations also go to Sally, who stormed to 2nd in her age group, proving her consistency and class on race day.
And while we didn’t manage to snap a picture, we couldn’t forget to shout out the legendary Judy, who rounded out the honours with a brilliant 3rd place in her age group. Quietly strong and endlessly inspiring—well done, Judy!
From seasoned competitors to supportive teammates, this event showed exactly what Carn Runners are all about: effort, encouragement, and celebrating each other’s wins—big and small.
